We are one of the few companies that can offer an integrated cohesive design and build solution. Having the designer onsite who is also the builder and project manager is invaluable in time and cost savings and allows for seamless execution of design, fine tuning and tweaks. We pre-design flexibility into our spaces to allow for an interactive approach where fine tuning can take place in the best 3D model of all, the actual space! This approach is unique and would typically involve delays with the the typical home owner / architect / interior design and builder approach. We have our own building code which exceeds the current New Zealand Building code in every area including strength, durability, thermal perfomance and energy efficiency

DESIGN ONLY

Have a good builder but need Architectural Design, Interior Design, Furniture Design or all of the above. Or if your project is outside of our coverage, no problems we are happy to help with design only services and do so on a regular basis.

BUILD ONLY

Our highly skilled team of qualified and licensed building practitioners have worked with many of New Zealand’s top architects, and thrive on, and excel in complex architectural homes and details. We are passionate about architectural homes and have the skills for multiple disciplines including in-situ concrete walls, complex fine woodworking, cabinetry, kitchens, complex stairs and have the equipment and machinery and know how to work with all modern materials. We are also Registered Master Builders and Homestar Practitioners

We can assist in Interior Design in new architectural homes, or re-style your existing home to a more modern version that reflects you. We can also help with office spaces and retail environments. We have access to a wide range of products from various suppliers and can design and manufacture custom cabinetry and furniture that can help take your space to the next level.

As Homestar Practitioners, we have a focus on delivering warm, dry, healthy homes with minimal environmental impact that last the distance, we try to recycle and re use where ever possible and encourage how suppliers to deliver our materials with least amount of packaging possible
